Mud Creek Animal Rescue works with our communities to rescue, shelter, and re-home animals in eastern Kentucky — powered entirely by volunteers and people like you.

Our Mission
We rescue animals in crisis, provide food, shelter, and veterinary care, and find them loving forever homes — while advocating for animal welfare across our community.
Warm kennels, regular meals, and vet care for every animal in our custody, no matter how long it takes to find them a home.
We match animals with adopters who are ready for them — and stay a resource for our adopters long after adoption day.
We work with our neighbors to promote spay/neuter access, responsible ownership, and animal welfare across the region.
